CODE OF ETHICS
PREAMBLE
The Jet Business Rescue Code of Ethics serves as a pledge to our clients, employees, management, competitiors and the community at large, that our primary objective is to provide the most effective and efficient business assistance services to business entities. The following are the principles of our professional ethics:
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS OUR CLIENTS
Confidentiality
Jet Business Rescue will respect confidential business communications of our clients and will not disclose such information without the client organisations prior consent. We will treat all individual client information as confidential. We will not disclose any information without clients' consent, except when failure to disclose would likely result in imminent threat of serious bodily harm to the client or others, or where required to do so by law.
Competence and due care
Jet Business Rescue is committed to carrying out our professional services with due care, competence and diligence. We commit to an ongoing duty to maintain professional knowledge and skill at a level needed to ensure our clients receive the advantages of competent business services based on up-to-date developments in legislation and techniques. Any recommendations will be realistic, practical and capable of providing the client with expected results. We will always respect the policies and procedures in place within the client organisation.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS OUR COMPETITORS
Jet Business Rescue conducts business in a highly competitive environment. As such it is inevitable that we come into contact with competitors. If we are presented with such a situation we will:
- not disparage our competitors
- if required to work in collaboration with a competitor, we will do so in a manner that encourages a good working relationship.
- always act in the best interest of our clients and the general public.

Jet Business Rescue will, at all times, safeguard the interest of our clients provided that they do not conflict with our duties and loyalties owed to the community and its laws.
