What is this service?
This service offered by Jet Business Rescue, is designed for those who need fast turnaround on business tasks and issues. It is done via broadband internet connection (no dial-ups) and telephone landline.
Security

We use software that employs end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions. For more information goto www.logmein.com.

You are always in control. You must permit a technician/consultant to use each LogMeIn Rescue function (Remote Control, Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect)

You can choose to terminate the session at any time

All traces of the Applet disappear from the remote PC when the session is finished

Getting started
  1. Complete the form below or call 1300 796 538 to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk through the issues over the phone.
  2. You will receive an email confirming the date and time of the scheduled session.
  3. To begin the session, we will call you on the landline telephone number provided. You will need to be sitting at your computer with your internet browser open at the address: http://www.logmein123.com.
  4. Will will provide you with a unique 6-Digit Pin code to start the remote access.

How can I get the most out of my session? We will not commit to any session without a full understanding of the issue or task. It is important that you tell us as much as possible so we can build a thorough case study and identify the best solution. Firstly we identify whether this is a bookkeeping/business event handling query or a technical issue. This will ensure you get the best person helping you to achieve a fast solution.
What can we help you with? We are an MYOB Certified Consultant so all things MYOB. Quickbooks, Add-on solutions and technical issues. It may be source document processing, bank reconciliations, payroll and timesheets to imports and exports, ODBC, software installation, setup and customisation. Perhaps you are in retail and need to process outside of normal business hours, we can accommodate that too.
What does it cost? $55.00 handling and scheduling fee, paid to secure your scheduled session time. Then $1.10 per minute for the session. Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
